Twillio integration into Power Dispatch

To use the Talus Pay integration you must have a fully upgraded Twilio account (to send and receive text messages).

Here is where you set up your Twilio account: setting up your own Twilio account. Please make sure to create a number that has a SID and Token number. Once done, you can simply connect it to your PowerDispatch account on the PowerDispatch's Twilio settings page.

Here is a Step-By-Step how to integrate your Twilio number into Power Dispatch

  1. Enter your personal phone # and click text me.

  2. Enter the verification code Twilio sent you and click to verify.

  3. Choose a phone number or use the one they give and click Get Started (make sure to create a number that has a SID and Token number)

  4. Click on 'Go to your account'

  5. Click on 'Upgrade your account'

  6. Enter the credit card information of the card that you want to use for Twilio’s phone services.

Connect Twilio Phone Numbers to PowerDispatch

Location: PowerDispatch > Settings > Integration > Twilio

  • For users that do not have an existing Twilio number:

    To enter your Twilio account credentials: Account SID & Authorization Token

    Don't forget to click the box below:

  • For users that had another Twilio account and need to change it to their own:

    1. Make sure you are switching the Twillio accounts when your system isn't in operation hours, ( your system won't be able to receive or send messages on setup time).

    2. Click Disable for the current Twilio integration (this will allow you to add YOUR Twilio account)

      3. Enter your Twilio account credentials: Account SID & Authorization Token

      • Don't forget to click the box below:

  • How to find your Twilio Credentials:

  • Login to your Twilio account and go to your Twilio account home page (click on the getting started tab)

  • Click on the Show API Credential text button, locate on the top right corner.

  • Copy the Account SID# and Authorization Token # that were revealed to you.

Save: click the Save button to connect PowerDispatch to your Twilio account.
