Follow these steps if you already got your campaign approved but when you send a message it’s still not working.
One of the reasons why that might be happening is your Twilio phone number is not yet added to the messaging service in that campaign.
Follow the steps below to confirm your Twilio number is indeed in your campaign:
Click here to open the a2p page in your Twilio Console.
Click Start or complete registration.
Make sure you already have a campaign registered, go to:
Develop - Messaging - Regulatory compliance - Campaigns.
You should see here your approved campaign.
To add your Twillio phone number to the messaging service, (this can only be done after you already have an approved campaign)
Click the link under the connected messaging service.
You should see your number here, select it and add it to this campaign
If you don't have a Twilio number associated yet, you can click Add senders on the right side.
