Why are my funds on hold?

I received a notice that my charge is under review. What happens now?

In order to validate the payment, our Payment team will review the signed invoice and validate it.

We’ll need you to share an invoice for the job. Your invoice should include:

  • Full company information

  • End customer information (Address, Name & Phone number)

  • Job description

  • Signed invoice with a breakdown of what was charged (Labor+Parts)

  • Breakdown of warranty (Labor+Parts)

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Damage or cancellation terms

If you do not have a signed invoice, you can send the Card Authorization Formto your customer to complete. Someone from our Payment team will need to validate the payment before we can release the funds.

If the transaction is not approved, you will receive additional information from our Payment team.
