Since 2021, financial regulations have required us to have Identity Information for all account owners. Therefore you are required to provide a full Social Security number or ITIN to process Credit Cards and use the Wallet features on the Talus Pay platform.

Today following updates in the payment processing guidelines, all Talus

Pay users who are using the app's financial features must re-submit their information in the app no later than April 2024 ( follow the prompts in the app)

We separate the tax information from processing and financial activity. For your taxes, you may use the company's EIN and address. However, to charge credit card payments and use the wallet functions, we require these details:

  • Full Legal Name (as shown on the ID)

  • Valid government-issued Photo ID

  • Residential Address

  • Full Social Security number/ Full ITIN

* Please only provide sensitive documents using the designated links or prompts in the app. Do not share them anywhere else, as they are private.

You can double-check to ensure that your information is all entered by clicking here if you are in the application. You'll want to ensure that the full name on your ID is the same as on your Social Security card.
