View your jobs by time
We’re introducing a better way for you to manage your day. Jobs are now organized by when they need to be completed. See your overdue jobs first, followed by scheduled jobs for today, then ASAP (As Soon As Possible) jobs, and finally jobs scheduled for future dates.
Setting & updating job appointments
You can set an appointment date & time when creating a new job. Simply tap on the Appointment time to change between ASAP and Scheduled. In the Scheduled mode, you will see additional fields to input date, start time, and arrival window.
You can also update the appointment on an existing job by tapping on the date/time/ASAP visible in the Jobs screen or from within Job Details.
When an appointment is updated, it gets reordered in your Jobs tab. Note that anyone on the job -- you, the job owner, or technician -- can update the scheduled time. A notification will be sent to everyone on the job when it’s rescheduled.
Reminder Notifications
To make sure you never miss an appointment, Jobox will send a reminder notification to the tech assigned to the job 30 minutes before the start time. This is only available if the tech uses Jobox.
