How to transfer wallet funds to your bank account via PLAID

Following the latest financial institution payments guidelines, Jobox upgraded the wallet security and partnered with Plaid to securely link your bank account into Jobox app.

What will you need to do so is simply:

  1. Your Bank name

  2. Knowing your bank account online credentials (your username and password)

*payouts from the Jobox wallet will be available only to users that linked their bank account via PLAID.

Transfer of your information is encrypted end-to-end

Your credentials will never be made accessible to Jobox

Connect your bank account information securely in a few simple steps in order to transfer funds from your wallet to your bank:

1. Go to Wallet on the footer menu and then click "Transfer"

2. Once you have an available balance you would be able to cash-out, simply click "Cashout to my bank" and then "Connect to Bank Account"

3. Jobox uses Plaid to connect your bank account securely, here is how it works:

You are all set! now your account is connected and you can deposit funds to your bank account any time you like.

*Important note: You are only able to link one bank account at a time.
