When you're ready to transfer money from your Wallet, you can easily deposit it into your own bank account. You can also send money to a contact who doesn't use Jobox by entering their bank information. Here's how: 

1. Open the Jobox app 

2. Tap Wallet 

3. Tap Transfer 

4. a. Select a Contact or Cashout to my bank 

4. b. Link your bank account securely through PLAID (This info will be automatically saved after the first time you fill it out. You can update/edit this information anytime by clicking on the Pencil icon next to the bank name)
*Note: The information you provide here will not be used to deposit or withdraw money from your account without your permission.

5. Enter the Transfer Amount and click Deposit


6. Tap Done

7. Hooray! Your money is on its way!

When will I see my money in my account?  

Requests made Monday - Friday before 2PM Pacific Time are often completed the next business day. Please allow up to 3 business days to see your deposits.
