You can cancel a transfer to a technician as long as payment hasn't been taken on the job. Here's how:
1. Open the Jobox app
2. Find the transferred job you want to take back
3. Tap Cancel Transfer
4. Select the reason for canceling and add a note. Then tap Cancel Transfer
5. The transfer is now canceled and the job is yours again.
To cancel the job:
1. Tap Cancel
2. Select a reason for the cancelation and tap Cancel Job
