How to send updates to a job owner

 Sometimes you need to cancel a job that was sent to you by someone else. You can easily send an update to the owner when the job is still in progress.

Here's how:

1.  Open the Jobox app

2. Find your "In Process" job & tap Send Update

3. Select a reason, add a note, or both!

4. Tap Update Job

The job owner will receive a notification with the job update.
