The place to find all your jobs

Once you save a job you will be able to find it in your Jobs board where you can see all your open jobs in 3 views: List, Calendar and Map view.

** Closed and Canceled jobs will appear on the board for one hour. After that you will be able to find them in the Search and Reports Tabs**

  • The Filters button reveals the filters options that you can sort your jobs by, (click search to filter)

    • filters are set individually by each user, and they are saved for the entire session until the user logs out.

    • To remove the filters all together click on the Clear button.

  • Any flags and colors that you chose in the Add Job page will appear here in all the 3 views List, Calander and Map - please click on each for details

List View:

Here you see all your jobs organized by their status.

Appointment Reminder Colors:

  • Yellow: Two hours before the appointment start time

  • Red: One hour before the appointment start time

Technician Gravatar Colors:

  • Green: The tech confirmed the job

  • Red: The Job tech declined the job

  • Yellow: the job was NOT sent to the tech

  • White: Job was sent; technician didn’t

Callbacks are marked with a blue arrow icon.

  • Modifying a job from the List View:

There are 3 ways to modify a job:

  1. Simply click on the job to be redirected to the Add Job page and edit the job from there (works when the button on the top next to the filters is set to Popup Off.)

  2. Job Board Popup - Opens a window with the job’s overview and allows you to modify the jobs status, change technician and more (only available when the button on the top is set to Popup On)

  3. Right click menu - gives you many ways to do quick changes to the job.

Drag and Drop Calander View

  • All your appointments and billing jobs will appear on the calendar.

    Follow Up and Estimate Jobs will also be displayed on the calendar only if you set an appointment time for them

  • Use the buttons on the top right to toggle between the Month, Week and Day Views

  • Move to previous/future month/week/day by using the arrows on the top left

  • The Day View will display exact appointment times and all-day appointments will appear on the top. To change the appointment end time, click and drag the two bars in the middle bottom of the appointment box.

  • To change appointment time, drag, it to the desired location.

  • To add an appointment, click on the Add Job button in the date of your choice and you will be redirected to the Add Job page.

Map View

Enables you to view your jobs on a map sorted by the zip code and mile radius of your choice, (use the Filters button)

  • To view the job's details, click on the pins that pop up on the map.

  • Click on the Job ID to Edit the job.

  • Click on the technician's name to send him a message.

  • Click on the phone number to place a call to the client.

The location field is synchronized with Google Maps therefore it's recommended to choose an option from the list for best results.

Search Tab

  • In the search tab you can find any job that you ever entered to the software by any of these fields: client phone number, zip code, sale amount, and ext.

  • From here you can click on each job and edit the job as you need in the Add Job page. (you can also delete jobs as a bulk if needed, but it is not recommended)

  • The last search option, Show, controls how many jobs will be displayed on the page, and you can choose options between 10 and 500. If there are more than 500 jobs to display you will have a next button on the bottom to navigate between the pages.
