Call recordings are for the Power Dispatch user to have the ability to monitor the conversations between their technicians and customers

Call recordings are for the Power Dispatch user to have the ability to monitor the conversations between the technician and the customer. This feature allows better control of your job's progress and provides transparency between the individuals involved.

To be able to turn on this feature you need to navigate to your Technician settings page and scroll to the bottom of the page, there you will select Tech Portal and Record Phone calls.

Once the Power Dispatch user sends a job to a technician, the technician will receive an SMS that includes a link, once clicked, the technician will be routed to the technician portal (image below) where he should click the “Call Client” button to call the customer.

When the technician calls a client, the calls will be recorded automatically in the system. The recordings can be found in Messages > Recordings.

Under the Recordings tab, you can see and listen to all the recordings that are stored in your system by clicking play.

  • Only users with permission to view activities can see this page and listen to recordings.

Conference: Indicates a call between the technician and the client

For easy navigation, you can click on the Job ID to view/edit the Job ( that action will redirect you to the Add Job page).
