When you need to change the phone number associated with Jobox to a new one, you'll need to reach out to our live support team. Because your phone number is also your username in the Jobox app, only our Support team handles these requests.
In your request, provide the phone number that you are currently using and the new phone number to be associated with the account. Please do this before trying to log in with the new number so that you are not prompted to create a new, duplicate account.
