Since your phone number serves as your username in the app, only our Support team can make these changes to keep your account secure.
When you contact us, please share both your current phone number and the new one you’d like to use.
It’s important to do this before attempting to log in with the new number, as logging in too soon could prompt the creation of a duplicate account.

If I haven't accessed my account in a while/don't have the old phone number, can I still login?
No worries if you have not logged into your account in a while a while. You can email us directly to our support team at appsupport@taluspay.com.
Simply provide us with the phone number you used to sign up with Taluspay and from there we can either help you get logged in, or have you answer some security questions if you no longer have access to that phone number.
