Talus Pay is now requiring every account to have a unique, verified email. You'll get a verification request to the email you have saved on your account.
Why?
Account recovery. In case you change your phone, number, or get locked out of your account for any reason, your verified email will make account recovery fast and easy.
Secure communication. Reports, wallet exports and other important communication will be sent to your verified email. For security purposes, we want to make sure everything goes to the right place!
How do I change my email?
Click the settings icon on the top right of the Jobs tab, and go into "My Info."
Enter your email into the email field. You will see a grayed-out checkmark.
A verification email will be sent automatically to your new entered email address.
Tap the "Click to Verify" button in the verification email
Done! Your email is all set.
I got a verification email but I didn't request it.
If you have never verified your email before, Talus Pay is sending out verification requests for emails that are currently connected to users' accounts. Check the phone number listed in the email and see if it is the correct phone number for your Talus Pay account.
If you received an email for a phone number that is not your account, chat with us through the app or email the Support Team at appsupport@Taluspay.com
