Verify your personal information

To begin, please have a government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) ready. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Jobox App and click on Settings on the top right corner of the screen

  2. Select "Account Information"

  3. Click on "Upload ID" under the Account Verification section

  4. Click "Scan ID" and select the type of document you would like to use.

Once your document is approved, your wallet limits will be unlocked to the next stage. Read more on wallet limits in this short article.

Uploading Business Information

To upgrade your security abilities to the top level, add your business EIN information. On this level, there are:

  1. No daily or weekly transfer limits

  2. Get 1099K for card processing at the end of the tax year.

If your business has an EIN set up, add the following information:

  1. Legal Business Name

  2. EIN number

If you don't have an EIN set up, you can add your full SSN information.

If you'd like, Jobox can help you set up an EIN. All you need to do is, finish the flow in the app, answer a few short questions, and our team will reach out to you to help with the process.

Uploading Business Information:

  1. Open the Jobox App and click on Settings on the top right corner of the screen

  2. Select "Account Information"

  3. Click on "Tax Information" under the Account Verification section.

  4. Choose to enter your SSN or EIN and enter the information required.
