We're changing how you see payments in reports to make it clearer who has the money. Payments will now be marked as either "paid to me" or "paid to contact." 

  • Credit card payments that go into your wallet (including auto-wallet transfers)

  • Cash payments recorded by you as the technician

  • External payments recorded by your techs, regardless of who the external payment was made to 

  • Credit card payments that go into your contact's wallet (including auto-wallet transfers)

  • Cash payments recorded by your technician or when you close on their behalf

  • External payments recorded by you  

  • (Note: Payments to contacts will no longer be broken down into credit card / cash / external in the app reports summary, but can still be found in Job Details or emailed reports.)

Where did Excel go? 

We're replacing our Excel reports with 2 new formats:

  • An easy-to-read PDF reports that can be viewed on your phone/computer or printed out

  • A CSV file with all of the raw data from your jobs
