Total Balance:
​This amount is the total money you have in your wallet. You've earned it, and will be able to transfer or deposit the available balance right away.

On-hold Balance
​If your account has open disputes, the disputed amount will be placed on hold until the customer’s bank makes its decision. At that point, the money will be released (if the dispute is won) or deducted from your total balance (if the dispute is lost). We recommend submitting your  evidence as soon as a dispute opens so that we can present your case to the bank. Read here for more information about the dispute process. 

Available Balance
​This amount is available to transfer or deposit immediately. It is your total balance less any on-hold balance.
