Welcome to Talus Pay! Now that you've downloaded the app, it's time to get familiar with the best Talus Pay has to offer and get to work!

Contacts

When you add or import your contacts into Talus Pay, we'll send them a message letting them know that you've switched to a new work phone number. Your partners will start sending you jobs and messages straight to your Talus Pay app.

Chat

With your new Talus Pay phone number, your contacts can chat with you directly in the app. Use Talus Pay chat like you would any messaging app - send text, images, voice recordings, and share your location. But don’t worry all the job-related messages will be sent automatically through the job: accept, update, cancel, and closing messages.

In addition, for users that will work with a non app user (getting jobs from another system or via regular SMS from another phone number please let our support team know - you will need to be registered with the A2P guidelines.

Job Management

Talus Pay makes it easy to manage your jobs and your workday.

If you send jobs to other technicians:

You can create and transfer jobs in minutes!

If you work with partners that send you jobs:

You can easily accept or reject jobs from a partner that uses Talus Pay or quickly turn a chat message into a job.

Your Workspace

When you create or accept jobs, it enters the main Jobs page. This is a feed containing all of your active jobs and sorted by the status of the job. Each job takes the form of a Job Card containing the job details, customer information, a job log of your activity and further actions you can take.

My Jobs

Once you complete service for a job and accept payment, the closed job enters the History section of your app. Here, you can see a record of your past jobs , search for a specific job, resend customer receipts, and see all the job details, including payments and agreements.

Payments

Once you complete the service for a job, it's time to accept payment. Talus Pay makes it easy to charge credit cards using the Talus Pay Card Reader, accept cash, or report external payment methods.

Reports

When it's time to settle with your partners, you can create accurate reports to simplify that process. Select a contact and a date range and we'll email you a custom report of all the relevant jobs, your cuts, and the bottom line of what you should collect from or pay to your partner.

Wallet

When you accept credit cards through Talus Pay, or work with a partner that transfers you money, you'll have a balance in your Talus Pay Wallet. With your Wallet balance you can:

Transfer money to contacts - If your contact uses Talus Pay, you can send them money instantly from your wallet to theirs.

Deposit to a bank account - You can deposit money from your wallet directly into your own bank account.
