If you have a question, you can open up a chat with us from your Jobox app. Go to the Help button at the top of your screen, then tap Chat with Us. From there, you can click on Start a Conversation. We will respond to your chat as soon as possible.
For general queries about the service and product, you can email us at email@example.com. One of our Support Specialists will get back to you with all the information you need.
When should I contact Jobox Support?
Before you contact our support team, you should always check if you can find the answer to your question in our Help Center. Our Help Center has step-by-step tutorials for most of our features and can answer questions about reports, payments, and transfers.
